This course is taught by nationally recognized educator, Dr. Everitt Binns, Ph.D. and will prepare the student to become a Pennsylvania certified Emergency Medical Services Instructor or Pennylvania State Fire Academy Instructor. This is a multi-day course. Students are required to complete all scheduled days to be eligible for certification.
